The staff were super friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed with the breakfast options. They offered only grab-and-go items, with nothing fresh in sight. Cheap, processed food is not what I expected from this place, and I left without eating anything because of it. I was also frustrated by the limited breakfast hours, impossible for me to grab a decent meal before starting my day.

A relaxing mountain retreat

The location was pristine, nestled in the mountains. The comfortable rooms created a haven after a day of adventures. Enjoyed sitting by the lovely deck with friends, under the stars.

The breakfast options fell flat. I expected more than just cereal and coffee. It was disappointing as I anticipated a hearty meal before our daily excursions.

An Lovely Stay in Cloudcroft!

Our family enjoyed a good visit! The attentive staff, and our room was so good in cleanliness and comfort. Although we couldn't use the pool or jacuzzi, the cozy atmosphere made up for it. I recommend dining out at local eateries for unique flavors!

I stayed for one night in a standard king room and was really impressed. The shower had amazing pressure and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was also quite good and certainly added to my experience.

The location was ideal, right near a brewery and pizza bar. The room provided excellent shower pressure and a comfortable bed. There's also a beautiful deck with a fire pit. Breakfast hours are limited, running from 7 to 9 AM, and the options were basic, with no waffle maker available. A dog park nearby was a nice touch, but the $50 pet cleaning fee felt excessive for such easy-to-clean floors.
